Poron Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Poron's AI virtual try-on studio, merchant APIs, and creative tools. Please review them carefully before creating an account or subscribing.
You own full commercial rights to all try-on outputs generated in your workspace. You may freely use them in e-commerce, advertising, and lookbooks.
You must obtain explicit, legally valid consent from any person whose photo is uploaded for apparel fitting. Photos of minors are strictly prohibited.
1. Account and Workspace Access
To access the Studio, you must register an account and establish a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You agree to immediately notify Poron of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. Plans, Credits, and Payment
Poron offers tiered monthly subscriptions (Starter, Studio, Business) and pay-as-you-go top-up credit packs:
- Monthly Plans: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days via Stripe until cancelled in your workspace settings.
- Credit Consumption: Credits are debited from your wallet atomically upon generation job dispatch. Failed jobs due to technical faults are automatically refunded to your wallet.
- Top-Up Credits: Purchased top-up credits do not expire as long as your workspace remains active.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Consumed credits for rendered try-on jobs meeting standard specifications are not subject to refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in garment images and model photos you upload. You grant Poron a limited license to process and temporarily store this content solely to provide the Service.
- Generated Imagery: Poron assigns to you all right, title, and interest in outputs generated for your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with third-party rights and advertising regulations.
- Poron IP: The platform, user interface, software, and brand trademarks remain the exclusive property of Poron Technologies.
4. Prohibited Misuse and Termination
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Attempting to generate non-consensual imagery, nude edits, or bypassing provider safety filters will result in immediate termination of your workspace and forfeiture of credits.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”. Poron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Poron's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Poron in the twelve months preceding the claim.
