Wearer Consent Policy & Guidelines
At Poron, we respect human bodily likeness. We require all merchants and creators to obtain documented, verifiable permission before uploading any recognizable person for AI fitting.
Adult Verification
All models and wearers must be at least 18 years old. Photos of children or adolescents under 18 are unconditionally forbidden.
Documented Purpose
Wearers must be informed that their photo will be processed by generative AI solely for virtual clothing visualization.
Unconditional Revocation
Wearers may revoke consent at any time. Revocation immediately terminates active generation jobs and purges derivative images.
Standard Model Release & Consent Template
Merchants conducting in-house catalog shoots may use or adapt this standard wording when gathering consent from models or brand ambassadors:
“I hereby authorize [Merchant / Brand Name] and its technology provider Poron to process my photograph and likeness using generative AI technology exclusively for virtual apparel fitting and product catalog display. I understand that my image will be encrypted, stored securely, and automatically deleted according to [Brand]'s retention schedule (not exceeding 90 days). I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and retain the right to request revocation and deletion of my imagery at any time.”
How to Revoke Consent in Poron
Workspace administrators can revoke consent at any time from the Workspace Settings or directly from the Model Library. Once revoked:
- The database immediately records the revocation timestamp (`consents.revoked_at = NOW()`).
- Any in-flight worker job using this model is cancelled before completion.
- All generated outputs derived from this wearer image are soft-deleted from the workspace.
