Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Poron is built exclusively for ethical commercial apparel visualization. We enforce zero tolerance for non-consensual likeness generation, explicit edits, and safety filter circumvention.

Permitted Use Cases

•Virtual fitting of shirts, jackets, pants, dresses, and outerwear onto consenting models.
•E-commerce catalog photography with Curated AI Models or authorized brand ambassadors.
•Flat-lay to on-model transformations and packshot background enhancements.
•Experimental regional garment challenges (sarees, salwar kameez, panjabi kurta).

Strictly Prohibited

•Photos of minors (under 18 years of age) under any circumstances.
•Uploading photos without documented wearer permission (likeness exploitation).
•Nudity, semi-nude edits, or attempting to remove clothing (“nudify”).
•Adversarial prompt injection in metadata or EXIF tags to bypass safety filters.

Automated System Enforcement

Our platform employs automated real-time checks to prevent policy violations before and during model inference:

Trigger	Automated System Response
Missing Wearer Consent	Generation job submission is rejected at API gateway.
Revoked Wearer Consent	Active worker lease is cancelled; derivative outputs are soft-deleted.
AI Safety Filter Block	Job is marked failed with SAFETY_VIOLATION; credits are refunded.
Expired Consent Window	Worker fails lease claim before inference begins.

If you believe an image of your likeness was uploaded to Poron without your consent, or wish to report a policy violation, contact our Trust & Safety team immediately at abuse@poron.studio. We investigate reports within 24 hours.
